"hey future where'd day 8 go?" see, there was a day 8, but i also completely forgot what i did so. can't really make an entry about that
anyway today was mostly just terraforming the village and marking out coordinates in my new little coordinate journal! so far i've got my house, creeper farm, a swamp and the home nether portal written down in there. we actually live really close to a mushroom island (like 800 blocks away) so i also wanna get that noted down at some point, so far it's been super handy for me!
back to the village terraforming, mostly filling in cave holes and smoothing out the terrain since i wanna do some rebuilding of it soon. on my texture pack journey i also slapped the regular dirt texture (but a little bit darkened) on the path blocks to see how it'd look and i actually like it much better than how they look normally.. not sure if i'll go with this or a full stone brick path but i'll decide on that later
also i grabbed the dragon egg! yippee! hope nothing bad happens to it!
i built the roof for my boyfriends house since he asked and tried out that neat little windows jutting out on the top thing, i think it turned out nice. that's about all i have to say today though!
